The Resort 2014 season was up and coming designer Rosie Assoulin‘s debut. She made a strong statement proving she is definitely a contender to watch. The basic nature of the textiles and solid colors were offset by the drama in silhouette and structure.
Her background working with Lanvin and Oscar de la Renta definitely plays a role in the collection, though she adds in her own cool, edgy twist. The clothes seem to be made for the woman who appreciates high quality and fashion-forward pieces without being over the top. This debut collection was all we needed to become fans! Enjoy…x
